All content on this website, including text, images, videos and graphics, is owned by or licensed to INOV8 Studios Ltd and may not be used without our express written consent. Ownership of client deliverables is governed by the relevant client agreement.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. We respond at our discretion, and a submission doesn't guarantee we'll take on your project or provide a quote.

Third-party links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for them.

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant it will always be available, error free or virus free, or that all information is accurate or complete. Nothing on it is professional legal, financial or marketing advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, and our total liability for any direct loss shall not exceed £100. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
